Athleta is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers, delivering an exceptional shopping experience through product knowledge and service. You will educate customers, guide wardrobe choices, and collaborate with leadership to ensure a best-in-class experience across channels.

You will engage with customers, promote loyalty programs, and contribute to store goals while supporting sales floor operations and maintaining an organized environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused service provider with excellent communication.
• Experience in retail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Treat all customers and colleagues with respect to support a positive work environment.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs to promote repeat visits.
• Engage with customers to drive sales using suggestive selling.
• Leverage all omnichannel offerings to enhance the customer experience.

• Assist on sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house as needed.
• Maintain neat, clean, organized work area.
• Handle customer interactions and returns courteously and professionally.
