Athleta is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers. You will educate, inform and wardrobe customers while delivering an omni-channel, best-in-class experience. Join a team that values inclusivity and a passion for active living.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, driving sales, maintaining a neat store, and supporting operations across sales floor and back-of-house areas.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with customers and team, delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
• Retail experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Able to work flexible hours including holidays, evenings, weekends.
• Comfort with using retail technology and POS systems.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and educate customers on products.
• Engage with customers to drive sales using suggestive selling.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and fitting rooms.
• Assist with inventory and stockroom as needed.
• Support omni-channel experiences across in-store and online channels.
