Job summary

POM Wonderful is seeking a Beverage Extraction Seasonal Supervisor for the 3rd shift to lead daily production operations in a fast-paced plant environment. The role focuses on safety, quality, efficiency, and team engagement while coordinating with quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams.

Base compensation is $75,000. The position requires supervising staff, enforcing safety, and driving continuous improvement during peak season. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in production/manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, 5S, or similar process improvement methodologies a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and extended shifts during peak season

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production operations to achieve shift targets for safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
• Directly oversee, coach, and support production employees, providing feedback, training, and performance guidance.
• Maintain and enforce safety policies, conducting regular safety checks and engaging employees in safe work practices.
• Ensure compliance with all quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Drive efficiency by monitoring KPIs, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing process improvements.
• Communicate clearly during shift handoffs, meetings, and daily production updates.
• Partner with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve equipment issues and minimize downtime.
• Support seasonal staffing needs including onboarding, training, and team integration.
• Promote a respectful, inclusive, and team-oriented environment aligned with company values.
• Performs other duties over different shifts as required.
