Job summary

POM Wonderful is seeking a skilled Extraction Lead to oversee daily beverage operations, ensuring safety, GMP compliance, and high-quality output. You will train and coach hourly staff, manage performance, and drive departmental results in a fast-paced production environment.

This leadership role requires hands-on supervision and a commitment to continuous improvement. The position demands flexibility, including some mandatory weekends and overtime, with base compensation of $25.00–$28.00 per

Responsibilities

• Implement safety, GMP and quality.
• Maintain a safe environment and support a safety culture.
• Maintain a Food Safety environment and support a quality culture.
• Create and maintain a professional working environment.
• Maintain materials and product within specifications.
• Meet operational goals and numbers.
• Support maintenance and keep machines clean and functional.
• Shift start: assign work stations and pass down schedule.
• Monitor breaks and lunches and ensure breaks are taken.
• Verify and initial shift paperwork as required.
• Shift end: address safety and quality concerns; reconcile paperwork.
• Own and participate in personal development.
• Must have flexible schedule with some weekends and overtime.
• Assist/perform COP/CIP process and chemical handling during cleaning.
• Aerial lift certified; chemical handling training.
