The Wonderful Company LLC seeks a Seasonal Non-Exempt Hourly Production Supervisor to lead daily production activities in a fast-paced plant during peak season. You will ensure safety, quality, efficiency and strong team engagement while collaborating with quality, maintenance and supply chain teams to meet operational goals.

Base Compensation: $75,000.00 per year. Seasonal, hourly assignment with potential for extension based on demand.

This role provides direct leadership to production teams, ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and team engagement targets are consistently met. The supervisor works cross-functionally with quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to meet operational goals while fostering a positive and safe work culture. Base Compensation: $75,000.00
