Job summary

POM Wonderful in California is seeking a Seasonal, 1st Shift Beverage Extraction Supervisor to lead daily production during peak season. You will supervise a fast-paced team, uphold safety and quality standards, and coordinate with quality, maintenance, and supply chain to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum 2+ years of supervisory experience in production/manufacturing.
• Ability to lead teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production operations to meet shift targets for safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
• Directly oversee, coach, and support production employees with feedback and training.
• Enforce safety policies and conduct regular safety checks.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering to minimize downtime.
• Support seasonal staffing, onboarding, and team integration.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive, and team-oriented culture.
