Job summary

POM Wonderful is seeking a proactive Extraction Lead to oversee daily beverage operations, ensuring quality, safety, and employee performance across the assigned area. You will train, coach, and develop hourly staff while directing shift work and maintaining equipment and cleanliness.

This leadership role requires flexible scheduling, including some weekends and overtime, with a base compensation of $25.00–$28.00 per hour.
