Job summary

POM Wonderful seeks a Seasonal Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift to lead daily production activities in a high-paced manufacturing setting. You will supervise teams, enforce safety and quality standards, and collaborate with maintenance and QA to meet KPIs and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of supervisory experience, with flexibility for extended shifts during peak season.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 2+ years of supervisory experience in a production/manufacturing setting.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with lean principles, 5S, or similar process-improvement methodologies.

• Supervise and coordinate daily production operations to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
