Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive beauty sales with a consultative approach and expert product knowledge. You will engage clients, demonstrate products, and maintain Sephora at Kohl's visual standards to create an excellent client experience.

You’ll build loyalty, upsell where appropriate, and participate in training, while contributing to inventory and merchandising tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate credibility to the client through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients through demonstrating products and application of products to drive sales.
• Actively engage and complete all required training to expand knowledge.
• Execute and maintain Sephora visual merchandising and standards.
• Support inventory management from receipt to sale, including replenishment and price changes.
• Support visual elements and communicate issues to the supervisor.
