Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through a genuine passion for beauty and to engage clients with a consultative approach. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl’s standards.

You will build client loyalty, demonstrate product knowledge, and complete required training to expand your expertise while delivering an excellent client experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a genuine passion for beauty and ability to engage clients with product recommendations.
• Prior client-facing retail or service industry experience is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence customers clearly.

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Demonstrate products and applications to inspire purchases.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Support Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with omni-channel processing and inventory from receipt to sale.
• Communicate missed or damaged products/fixtures to supervisor.
