Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through authentic beauty passion and consult with clients to identify needs and recommend products. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands and execute visual merchandising according to Sephora at Kohl’s standards.

You will engage clients, complete required training, and support inventory and department standards on a daily basis. This role requires flexible scheduling to cover days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying their needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate credibility to the client through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients through demonstrating products and application of products to drive sales.
• Execute and maintain Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards.
• Support inventory management from receipt to sale, including freight processing and replenishment.
• Maintain department cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Follow safety and shortage reduction programs.
