Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through a genuine passion for beauty and by engaging clients with a consultative approach. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands and execute visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl's guidelines.

You will build client loyalty, demonstrate products, stay current on beauty trends, and support inventory and merchandising to create an exceptional shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Must have authentic passion for beauty and client-facing retail experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and identify needs to drive sales, including upsell opportunities.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends credibility to clients.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and application techniques.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora visual merchandising and departmental standards.
• Support omni-channel processing within the department.
• Assist inventory management from receipt to sale, including stock replenishment and price changes.
• Communicate missed or damaged product/fixtures to the supervisor.
