You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets and support replenishment and visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl’s standards.

You will build client loyalty, conduct training, and help maintain inventory, merchandising and operational standards to ensure a premier in-store experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and upsell products.

• Maintain Sephora at Kohl’s visual and merchandising standards.
• Assist with inventory management and replenishment.
• Support omni-processing within department.
