B luemercury in the United States is hiring a Seasonal Beauty Expert to drive sales and deliver best-in-class service during client interactions. You will act as a beauty advocate, guiding clients to products that fit their needs and preferences while staying current with trends.

You will build relationships, share knowledge across skincare, makeup, haircare, and fragrances, participate in workshops, assist with stock, and support promotions.

Formación

• Retail experience, preferably in beauty industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for beauty and staying updated with trends and products.
• High school diploma or equivalent; beauty certification is a plus.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• 1-2 years of direct experience required.
• Advanced authority and brand expertise preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build client relationships with customers.
• Share knowledge across skincare, makeup, haircare, and fragrances.
• Customize product recommendations and provide demonstrations.
• Drive sales and promote loyalty programs.
• Assist in stock management and maintain an organized store.
• Participate in in-store beauty workshops.
• Provide feedback to management for improvements.
