Bluemercury, a Macy's, Inc. brand, seeks Seasonal Beauty Expert to engage clients, share expertise, and deliver a best-in-class service experience in-store. You will help customers discover products, demonstrate usage, and support promotions while staying current on beauty trends.

This role requires strong communication, a passion for beauty, and flexibility to work weekends and evenings in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of direct retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; beauty certification is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain personalized relationships with customers in-store.
• Possess extensive knowledge of beauty products across skincare, makeup, haircare and fragrances; stay updated on trends.
• Offer tailored product recommendations based on client needs and skin types; conduct demonstrations.
• Drive sales through effective communication of product benefits and promotions; inform customers about loyalty programs and events.
• Assist in stock management and keep the store environment organized and visually appealing.
• Participate in and occasionally lead in-store beauty workshops; share expertise with customers.
