Job summary

Bluemercury is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Expert to drive sales and elevate customer service through personalized client interactions. You will share product knowledge across skincare, makeup, haircare, and fragrances, tailoring recommendations to each client’s needs and skin type.

As part of a dynamic team, you will assist with inventory, participate in in-store workshops, and promote loyalty programs while staying current with beauty trends and brand offerings.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in beauty or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for beauty trends and products.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain personalized relationships with customers to create an welcoming experience.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of skincare, makeup, haircare, and fragrances.
• Offer tailored product recommendations and conduct demonstrations.
• Drive sales by communicating product benefits and current promotions.
• Assist in inventory management to keep product availability and store appearance.
• Participate in in-store beauty workshops and share tips with customers.
• Collect customer feedback and relay insights to management for improvements.
