Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail, preferably in the beauty industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for beauty and staying updated with the latest trends and products.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings.
• High school diploma or equivalent; beauty certification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build client relationships and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
• Share extensive product knowledge across skincare, makeup, haircare, and fragrances.
• Offer tailored recommendations and conduct product demonstrations.
• Drive sales through promotions and loyalty programs; inform customers of events.
• Assist in stock management and maintain an organized store environment.
• Participate in in-store beauty workshops and share expertise.
• Collect customer feedback for continuous improvement.
