Bluemercury is seeking Seasonal Beauty Experts to drive sales and deliver a best-in-class client experience across skincare, makeup, haircare, and fragrance while building lasting client relationships.

Be a beauty advocate who stays on top of trends, demonstrates products, offers tailored recommendations, and supports in-store workshops. You will contribute to a welcoming, inclusive environment and help guests discover their unique selves.

Qualifications

• Retail experience, preferably in beauty.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Build client relationships and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
• Share extensive knowledge of skincare, makeup, haircare and fragrance.
• Customize product recommendations and provide application tips.
• Drive sales through product benefits and promotions.
• Support inventory management and maintain store visuals.
• Participate in in-store beauty workshops and training.
• Share customer feedback and insights with management.
