Bluemercury is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Expert to engage customers, showcase products, and deliver a best-in-class service experience in-store. You will stay current on beauty trends, demonstrate products, and help drive sales while representing Bluemercury with professionalism.

This role requires flexibility to work weekends/evenings and a passion for beauty, with opportunities to lead workshops and contribute to an inclusive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Retail experience, preferably in beauty.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for beauty and trends.
• Flexible availability including weekends/evenings.
• High school diploma or equivalent; beauty certification is a plus.
• 1-2 years of direct experience is required.
• Advanced brand expertise preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build client relationships with customers and create an inclusive atmosphere.
• Possess extensive knowledge of beauty products across skincare, makeup, haircare, and fragrances.
• Provide tailored product recommendations based on client needs and skin types.
• Drive sales through effective communication of product benefits and promotions.
• Assist in stock management and maintain an organized store environment.
• Participate in in-store beauty workshops and share expertise with customers.
• Collect customer feedback and provide insights to management.
