Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through an authentic passion for beauty. You will engage clients with a consultative approach, identify needs and showcase products to enhance the client experience, while maintaining Sephora at Kohl’s merchandise sets, replenishment and visual standards.

You will build client loyalty, demonstrate product knowledge, complete required training, and support inventory, tester maintenance and department cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing retail or service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
