Job summary

Kohl's is hiring a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through genuine passion for beauty and consultative client engagement. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl’s guidelines.

Responsibilities include building client loyalty, identifying needs, and upselling products while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing retail or service environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence customers.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and applications to drive sales.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora visual merchandising and department standards.
• Support omni-processing within the department and inventory activities.
• Assist with back stock, replenishment, and price changes.
• Communicate missed or damaged product/fixtures to the supervisor.
