Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing retail or service industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and recommending products.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends.
• Showcase products through demonstrations to drive sales.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl’s visual and operational standards.
• Support inventory, replenishment, and price changes.
• Assist omni-processing within department.
• Notify supervisor of damaged products or fixtures.
