Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through expert beauty knowledge and a consultative client approach. You will engage clients, maintain Sephora at Kohl’s standards, and support merchandise sets and replenishment across locations.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for beauty and trends.
• Experience in client-facing retail or service roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying needs and suggesting products, including upsell opportunities.
• Demonstrate credibility through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and application techniques to drive sales.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Execute Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and department standards.
• Support omni-processing within the department.
• Support inventory management from receipt to sale, including replenishment and price changes.
• Assist with visual elements and report missed or damaged product/fixtures to the supervisor.
• Act with integrity, foster teamwork, and uphold safety and shortage reduction programs.
• Manage multiple tasks within established timeframes and adhere to company policies.
