Job summary

Kohl's Sephora at Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor who will drive sales through a genuine passion for beauty and engage clients with a consultative approach. You will keep expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl’s guidelines.

Build client loyalty, demonstrate credibility with product knowledge, and participate in ongoing training to expand expertise.

Qualifications

Authentic passion for beauty and product knowledge.
Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to influence.
Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Build client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
Demonstrate products and applications to inspire customers.
Complete required training to expand knowledge.
Maintain Sephora visual merchandising and department standards.
Support omni-processing within the department.
Assist inventory management from receipt to sale, including back stock and price changes.
Communicate missed or damaged product/fixtures to the supervisor.
