The role emphasizes client engagement, product demonstrations, and participation in training to grow product knowledge and sales capabilities.

Qualifications

• Must have client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence customers.
• Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and identify needs to drive sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and applications.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge and skills.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and standards.
• Support inventory management and price changes across the department.
• Assist with omni-channel processing and department cleanliness.
