Kohl's Sephora is hiring a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through authentic beauty expertise and consultative client interactions. You will identify client needs and recommend products, building loyalty and increasing basket size.

You will maintain knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards in line with Sephora at Kohl’s guidelines. Training and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing retail or service industry.
• Ability to upsell products when appropriate.
• Strong knowledge of beauty trends and products.
• Willingness to work flexible days, including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Build strong client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products.
• Demonstrate credibility through knowledge of products and trends.
• Inspire clients by demonstrating products and applications to drive sales.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and standards.
• Support omni-processing within the department.
• Assist inventory management from receipt to sale and price changes.
• Communicate missed or damaged product/fixtures to the supervisor.
