UGG in Elizabeth, NJ is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager, develop team members, and uphold the company’s values. You will deliver exceptional customer service while navigating competing priorities and leading store initiatives.

You will oversee training, operations, visuals, inventory, and labor schedules, and may stand in for the Store Manager when required. A flexible schedule and frequent local travel may be involved.

Competenze

• Two to four years minimum retail store management experience preferred.
• Associates Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Partner with Store Manager to develop team and drive customer service.
• Manage training, operations, sales, visual merchandising and inventory.
• Handle store administration, opening/closing, scheduling and security.
• Act as Store Manager in their absence and respond to business needs.
