Job summary

UGG, a division of Deckers Brands, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Elizabeth, NJ. You will partner with the Store Manager to coach team members, uphold brand standards, and drive revenue while balancing competing priorities.

You will help recruit, train, and motivate staff, manage scheduling, and ensure excellent customer experiences. This role emphasizes leadership, operations, and adherence to Deckers values.

Qualifications

• Two to four years minimum retail store management experience preferred.
• Associates Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey Deckers Brands Vision and Mission.
• Excellent project management skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to develop and engage team members and achieve store goals.
• Provide outstanding customer service and communicate brand values to customers.
• Open and close the store, plan labor schedules, and maintain store security.
• Support operations including training, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
