Job summary

Michaels in Sarasota is seeking a store team member to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers in finding products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience. You will help with truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and omnichannel tasks such as BOPIS and Ship From Store.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred
• Ability to handle cash accurately and efficiently
• Retail experience helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with standard cash handling
• Engage customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and SFS
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
• Perform store in stock optimization and AD set duties
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
• Interact professionally with customers and team members
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production
• Other duties as assigned
