Job summary

Michaels is hiring at our Sarasota store for a friendly, customer-focused associate. You will help customers locate products, explain benefits, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience while handling cash and contributing to a well-organized, in-stock store environment.

Responsibilities include stocking, assisting with store merchandising, supporting omnichannel processes as needed, and upholding SOPs to meet company standards. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.
