Michaels in Sarasota, FL is seeking a friendly Team Member to help shoppers locate products, answer questions, and provide a fast, courteous checkout experience. You will engage customers with loyalty options and ensure a positive, helpful store atmosphere.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking shelves, maintaining planograms, supporting Buy Online Pick Up in Store and Ship From Store, and following SOPs to ensure safety, compliance, and an in-stock, well-merchandised store.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Responsible for merchandise recovery and maintenance including returns and go-back
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies
• Interact respectfully with others; promote the organization's vision and values
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
