Job summary

Michaels Bradenton store is seeking a team member to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will participate in truck unload, stocking, and maintaining a well-merchandised store in a climate-controlled retail environment.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, promoting the Rewards program, handling cash, and supporting omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store.
