Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions (DWI/DUI) in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and optional protections to customers.
• Assist with reservations, rate quotes, and general inquiries.
• Support the rental process through verification of driver information.
• Assist with returns and assess vehicle condition on return.
• Notify management of any issues or maintenance needs.
