Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Denver is hiring a Seasonal Full Time Customer Experience Representative (CXR) to greet customers, explain rental terms, offer products, and handle reservations with friendly service. You will support the rental process, verify driver information, and ensure smooth pickup and return experiences at the Denver Internal Airport location.

Starting hourly pay of $22.00–$24.00 plus performance bonuses, with multiple start times and a seasonal limit of 180 days.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
High school diploma or GED required.
Valid driver's license with clean record within past 3 years.

Responsibilities

Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
Provide superior, efficient customer service by explaining rental terms and vehicle features.
Offer optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other equipment.
Assist with directions, maps, and local area information.
Handle reservations, rate quotes, and customer inquiries via calls.
Make outbound calls for callbacks and other tasks as needed.
Assist in evaluating vehicle condition on return and report issues.
Notify Management of customer or vehicle problems and participate in training.
