Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and protection options.
• Assist with reservations, rate quotes, and general inquiries.
• Process calls for callbacks and coordinate with branches and vendors.
• Assess rental returns and report any vehicle issues to management.
• Participate in training and maintain vehicle cleanliness when needed.
