Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Florida is hiring a Seasonal Customer Service Representative to greet customers, explain terms, process rentals, and provide information with friendly, efficient service. The role is full-time seasonal from Nov 1, 2026 to Apr 30, 2027, located at 10231 Southern Blvd, Royal Palm Beach.

The position requires at least 2 years of customer service or sales experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with limited violations, and US work eligibility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or admin support.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must be willing to accept $17.50/hour.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Apart from religious observation, must be willing to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays.
• Must be willing to work available schedule.
• This position is seasonal and employment will start no earlier than November 1, 2026 and end on or before April 30, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by explaining rental terms, vehicle features, and optional protections.
• Assist customers with directions, maps, and local information; answer reservation and rate quote questions.
• Handle outgoing calls for callbacks and other inquiries as assigned.
• Assist in assessing vehicle condition at return and report issues to management.
• Continuously develop knowledge and participate in training opportunities.
