Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license with up to 2 moving violations/at-fault in 3 years.
• Seasonal position lasting up to 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and other services.
• Offer protection products, upgrades, fuel options and additional equipment.
• Provide directions and local area information to customers.
• Handle reservations, quotes, and general inquiries by phone or in person.
• Place outbound calls for callbacks and other follow-ups.
• Assess rental return condition and notify management of issues.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality; perform related duties.
