Responsibilities

• Place top legal professionals with client companies and law firms.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of executive recruiters.
• Drive national business development and client relationship growth.

Qualifications

• Individuals based in the Northern California Bay Area are preferred.
• 3+ years of direct‑hire recruiting experience and background managing recruiters.
• Experience hiring recruiters and supporting their individual growth and success.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and take initiative from inception to completion.
• Sound business judgement in selecting techniques and timetables for obtaining solutions and producing results.
• Excellent interpersonal and managerial skills.
• Demonstrates superior verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
• Organized, accurate, and detail‑oriented.
• Enthusiastic about creating remarkable experiences with coworkers, clients, candidates, and Ambassadors (temporary employees placed on assignment).
