Job summary

Adams & Martin Group, a specialized business line of Roth Staffing, is seeking an Executive Recruiter to develop national opportunities while recruiting attorneys for our law firm and corporate clients. The role emphasizes a largely virtual environment, a strong culture of inclusion, and a comprehensive benefits package including an annual trip for top performers.

You will network with prospects and candidates nationally, using calls, email, networking, client visits and social media to close

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably executive search within the legal industry.
• Based in the Midwest area preferred.
• Strong business development and client-facing skills.
• Exceptional communication and problem-resolution abilities.
• Enthusiasm for creating remarkable experiences with coworkers, clients and ambassadors.
• Belief in belonging and inclusive environments.

Working in a largely virtual environment where our culture and commitment to creating remarkable experiences come first, the Executive Recruiter leverages sales methods including calls, email, networking, client visits and social media to successfully prospect new business while also identifying potential attorney candidates. The role will network and build relationships with prospects, customers, and candidates at the local, regional, and national level to successfully make direct hire and executive placements.
