Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic. Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis. Perform technical SEO audits and implement recommendations for website optimization (site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawlability, indexability). Optimize website content for search engines, including on-page optimization of meta tags, headings, and body copy. Build and maintain high-quality backlinks through ethical outreach and content promotion. Monitor website traffic and SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Analyze SEO data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

Requirements

Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar digital marketing role. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices. Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar. Experience with technical SEO, on-page optimization, and off-page SEO techniques. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
