Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 4–5 years of job-related experience.
• EPA Universal 608 certification.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Experience maintaining complex commercial buildings or mission-critical facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Maintain an energy management program for efficient operation.
• Support preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow policies for safe storage and handling of hazardous materials.
• Review and inspect building systems to ensure design specifications and environmental controls.
• Share knowledge with teammates and mentor others in the discipline.
