Job summary

Hellmann Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Seafreight Import Coordinator in Chicago. You will coordinate shipments, communicate with customers, carriers, and vendors, and ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of freight forwarding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipment communications between Hellmann, customers, carriers and vendors.
• Escalate recurring carrier or vendor service issues to supervisor.
• Maintain service relations with customers, carriers, vendors, and Hellmann offices.
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Process shipments per procedures and Incoterms.
