Job summary

You will supervise staff, ensure CSOP compliance, manage budgeting and forecasting, and partner with Sales and Account Management to optimize pricing and service quality.

• Collaborate with Account Management and Sales on pricing and service delivery.
• Coach and develop team members to maintain high performance and standards.
