Hellmann Worldwide Logistics is seeking an Airfreight Import Export Coordinator to manage transportation and compliance from pickup to customer billing, ensuring service commitments and company objectives are met.

The role requires coordination across departments, accuracy in documentation, and adherence to Incoterms and regulatory requirements. This is a fast-paced position based in the United States with opportunities for growth within a global logistics provider.

Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered in lieu of educational requirement.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• One to three years of previous experience in freight forwarding industry preferred.
• Completion of any industry related course is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Analyze service failures across multiple departments and escalate findings to ensure timely resolution.
• Assign tasks as required to internal departments.
• Confirm shipment-level profitability and escalate loss-making or low margin shipments.
• Control export/import documentation and regulatory requirements (AES, DPS, Hazmat, AMS).
• Prepare house airway bill pouch and labels.
• Process external billing based on quotations and contract rates.
