The Fresh Market is seeking a Seafood Specialist to manage seafood department excellence, ensuring product freshness, proper rotation, and accurate presentation. You will own inventory accuracy, rotation standards, and merchandising, while engaging guests and supporting promotions.

Responsibilities include executing planograms, coordinating with leadership on replenishment, and ensuring compliance with safety standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Strong attention to detail with organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work at a fast pace.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain seafood inventory accuracy and presentation.
• Ensure freshness, proper rotation and dating.
• Execute planograms and signage.
• Coordinate with leadership on ordering and replenishment.
• Verify deliveries and storage procedures.
• Support front-end operations during peak times as cashier or in other areas.
• Engage guests with a friendly, helpful approach on the sales floor.
