The Fresh Market is seeking a Seafood Specialist to lead the seafood department, ensuring product freshness, proper rotation, and presentation. You will own inventory accuracy and support promotions while delivering exceptional guest experiences on the shop floor.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Strong attention to detail with organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work at a fast pace.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure seafood products meet freshness and quality standards, including proper rotation and dating.
• Execute planograms and maintain accurate product placement and signage.
• Coordinate with dept leadership on ordering and replenishment of seafood items.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy and freshness, proper receiving and storage procedures.
• Support guest engagement and department readiness for promotions and seasonal events.
• Assist with front-end operations during peak times as cashier or in other areas.
