Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking a Seafood Specialist to lead seafood department excellence, ensuring product freshness, rotation, and compliance with food safety standards. You will own inventory accuracy and presentation while supporting guest engagement during promotions and seasonal events.

You will coordinate with department leaders, verify deliveries, and maintain signage and planograms to deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Strong attention to detail with organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seafood products meet freshness and quality standards with proper rotation and dating.
• Execute planograms and maintain accurate product placement and signage.
• Coordinate with leadership on ordering and replenishment of seafood items.
