Job summary

Trident Seafoods is seeking a Production Lead to coordinate and monitor the activities of workers in the production processes. This role supports safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced seafood manufacturing environment.

You will oversee training, supervise team performance, ensure proper equipment use, and communicate issues to supervisors and FSQA. The position offers full-time hours and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months' experience in food manufacturing or seafood industry.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• May operate Forklift occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor production workers in assigned area.
• Oversee training, quality, and productivity within their section.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and machine safety practices.
• Report performance issues to supervisors and adjust flow as needed.
• Maintain production records and communicate with FSQA.
