Job summary

Trident Seafoods Corporation is seeking a Food Safety Quality Assurance Lead (FSQA) to oversee the FSQA staff on the production line and ensure HACCP-compliant quality across processes, materials and products. The role requires at least 2 years in food QA, a HS diploma or equivalent, and knowledge of auditing, acceptance criteria, and data recordkeeping.

Leadership and seafood industry experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Food Safety Quality Assurance.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FSQA staff on the production line.
• Assist FSQA technicians with reports and documentation.
• Monitor FSQA technicians' performance and provide assessments.
• Record test data and ensure HACCP-standard compliance.
• Review purchased products for acceptance decisions.
