Job summary

Trident Seafoods Corporation is seeking a Production Lead to coordinate and monitor activities in the production area. You will supervise staff, ensure quality and safety, and maintain records to support efficient operations.

The role requires basic supervisory experience and a focus on safety, quality, and teamwork in a wet environment. This is a full-time, on-site position in Minnesota with competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months experience in food manufacturing or seafood industry.
• Knowledge of production processes and food safety practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitors one section of production and oversees training, quality, productivity and sanitation in their area.
• Oversees the work and performance of employees in the assigned production area.
• Ensures proper use of protective gear, safe operation of machinery and chemicals.
• Reports performance issues to supervisor and communicates with the team.
• Maintains production records and supports safety and QA teams.
